He has been teething for the last week.
We were in the ER all Sunday night b/c of a fever over 103.
I have slept holding him since then b/c it hurts his ear to sleep laying down.
Tonight he is cutting another tooth.
He puked on me at 5:30p.m.
He (and then the rest of our family) had the stomach flu 3 weeks ago.
So while I am hoping it was just a combo of ear meds, orajel and teething drainage, it looks like the Jones family may be coming down with another bug- on one of the most important weekends of our year! Nate runs the youth fundraiser booth for our youth at a huge festival - over 45,000 people attend and some of our students earn all the money they need for camps and mission trips by working at the booth. He needs to be 100% to fulfill his responsibilities there.
AND it's his FIRST BIRTHDAY! We have a party planned with friends, which would be unfortunate to miss, but I am even ok with those plans being changed (well... kind of ok :). However - my mom, sister and Nate's parents are all coming in for the weekend and I am SOOOOOOO looking forward to their visit. I am trusting that God can heal and knows how much it means for us to spend time with our families - and praying for His strength and that His plan would prevail resulting in Glory for Him. Please pray for Healing and the previous things with me!
