I don't really have one specific topic for this blog post (well...besides Kingston of course) but I wanted to a little update and post some new pics. We have jumped full force into stage one baby foods, and Kingston doesn't turn down anything that touches his lips -even peas, prunes and green beans! He has been a bit off with his eating and sleeping schedules because he is working hard core on some teeth (SIGH....they still appear to be a ways off) but we had a better night last night and I am hoping the trend continues. We visited KC this weekend and has some time with our friend Maddie Dyer, although failed to get a really great pic - both babies were too distracted to pay attention to their crazy mommies trying to get them to look and smile at the same time. Also included in the pics attached is Kingston's first bath in the big tub - he wasn't too sure at first, but now likes to kick and splash like a mad man! In a week Nate and I will be attending a pastor's conference near St. Louis - Kingston's first overnight trip to a hotel (say many prayers for us, and for our hotel neighbors!) and then we have our 6 month check up in a few weeks too - stay tuned for more updates (and maybe, someday, I will write something deep, inspiring and truly blogworthy - someday...)
