Prayer for Jacob

We have a couple who helps with our youth group whose grandson has had cancer for about a year. He is 3 years old and has faced an incredible battle with this horrible disease - for the last year he has endured chemo, surgeries and other countless hardships to no avail. Christmas eve he underwent a risky surgery to remove the large tumor in his stomach and they thought he was completely cancer free. Unfortunately, 3 large tumors have grown in its place, and he can no longer do chemo. His parents are requesting to bring him home and allow hospice to care for him, but he is not currently well enough to be released from the hospital in KC. I know God has a plan even though its hard to see in situations like this. So my request is that you pray for Jacob and his family - the God would do a miracle and heal his little body if that is His will, and if not, that Jacob's life would be used to bring honor and glory to God in ways his family could never have imagined. I am so thankful my baby is healthy - I am squeezing him extra tight tonight.
