What a busy sunday - today is Kingston's 7 month birthday, my first mother's day, and Kingston's baby dedication day! Kingston is getting so big so quickly - it makes me sad! He has been teething hard core, and I was hoping for a pearly white baby tooth as my gift from him today - but it looks like another sleepless night for us waiting for that tooth to come in. He is cruising right along developmentally and eating like a horse! In honor of my first mother's day Nate got my wedding ring resized for me - it was a bit small when I got pregnant, and thanks to my sweet baby, my joints may never return to their pre-pregnancy size. I have missed wearing my rings and I can't wait to pick them up from the jeweler! In some ways I feel like I get special gifts each day because I get to spend my days with Kingston. Nate works so hard (at multiple jobs!) so that I can be home with Kingston and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love getting slobbered (and believe me, there is lots of slobber) with kisses, making him laugh, and watching learn and try new things each day! Finally, baby dedication was today. We know that Kingston has been the Lord's since the moment we began praying for a child last winter, but it was a special moment to acknowledge that in front of our church with friends and family. We are so blessed and thank God for our sweet little boy!
