Busy Busy

Kingston and Nate visited Thomas the train one Saturday recently- he LOVED it!
Excited to be riding on thomas!

The above picture is after poor Ruby had a explosive diaper...and I realized her "emergency clothes" were no longer in the diaper bag. Luckily its warm enough she could be naked - I just love her face!
Getting so big! Another few weeks and she will be ready for the jumper and exersaucer!
For the first time this summer we visited the spray park - and Kingston loved it! He whooped and squealed with delight the whole time!

We have been busy this summer - it seems with nothing out of the ordinary, just living life well. We are enjoying playdates and time with friends and family. We are still adjusting to being a family of four. I am trying to be a more creative cook - and thanks to Pinterest I am making progress! Ruby is a sweet, happy and social baby! And 3 and a half months she smiles easily (mostly at her dad and brother) and has the sweetest giggle. I love tickling her! She likes to be in the center of the action - luckily Kingston provides her with constant entertainment. Last month I would have praised her excellent sleep habits - however the last few weeks have been a bit rough. I think we need to make some adjustments to her reflux medicine. Kingston is full of energy and is constantly making us laugh - he has an excellent memory, loves making up stories and pretending, and enjoys anything outside. He is getting to be so big - I can't believe he will be four in a few months. Some of my favorite things he says that still make him seem a little babyish are "moven" (for oven) and "srippley" (for slippery). He loved vacation Bible school and is getting better at sharing and playing with friends. Stay tuned for more summer updates!
